Spices Lap features Heritage Deluxe and Premium cottages built entirely of wood with carved pillars, wood panel walls, and tiled gabled roofs in Kerala vernacular architecture. Rooms include traditional 'aatu thottil' wooden swings suspended from ceiling beams, antique furniture, LED TVs, air conditioning, and 24-hour hot water. Higher on the slope, Jacuzzi Villas offer round beds and private Jacuzzis, while Garden Villas provide family-sized spaces with separate kids' rooms and sitting areas.

Plantation Restaurant Dining

The in-house restaurant serves Kerala cuisine and international dishes, with evening musical performances and guest karaoke. Meals feature ingredients from the resort's own spice plantation, which contains over 100 species including pepper, cardamom, and coffee that guests can explore through guided tours.

Wildlife & Nature Activities

The resort organizes Periyar Lake boating tours (5 daily departures), bamboo rafting with armed forest guards, jungle night patrols, and guided nature treks spotting Nilgiri Langurs and elephants.
